ANX GROUP

ANX Group was founded by Jesse Miele as a holding company structure to build and manage a concentrated portfolio of businesses at the intersection of technology, real estate, and national security.

The company's subsidiary naming follows a mythology theme tied to each entity's function: Athena Advisory (wisdom and strategy), Daedalus Properties (architecture and construction), and the IP portfolio underlying Styx (the boundary between what is known and what is not).

ANX Group is Delaware-incorporated, veteran-owned, and operated with a long time horizon. We are not structured for volume. We are structured for precision.

Each subsidiary is purpose-built: Athena Advisory for consulting and workforce services, Daedalus Properties for real estate, and the IP portfolio for technology licensing.
